Instilling her ‘do better, be better’ philosophy, she helps businesses of all sizes to accomplish goals, and managers to hone invaluable leadership skills.
As a mum of two, Dawn has a particular interest in helping women to overcome the ‘glass ceiling’, as well as male leaders to understand how to better support women in their careers.
